The Opportunity

As a Marketing Automation Campaign Specialist, you will play a key role in redefining how our organization engages audiences, builds relationships, and drives leads. Your expertise in creating omnichannel experiences with Marketo campaigns will be essential.

You will manage customer experiences on the Marketo platform, build and execute digital marketing campaigns supporting B2B demand generation programs through Marketo and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Your work will focus on delivering relevant content and experiences that attract and retain clients, using data-driven insights and analytics.

Success in this role involves understanding client behavior, optimizing campaigns through A/B testing, leveraging personalization features, and working closely with marketing and analytics teams to refine targeting and messaging.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and manage B2B demand generation campaigns on Marketo
  • Create integrated media plans across channels to meet campaign objectives
  • Manage digital projects including web design, scoping, scheduling, and stakeholder communication
  • Provide data insights to inform decision-making and improve campaign performance
  • Develop and maintain digital analytics dashboards and reports
  • Collaborate with teams to develop targeted email campaigns and content
  • Implement A/B testing and personalization strategies in campaigns
  • Stay informed on industry trends and digital marketing developments
