Automation Reporting Consultant
Apex Systems is a global IT services provider and our consulting practice has an opening for an Automation Reporting Consultant to join our QA Modernization team. This role involves creating and maintaining automated reporting solutions in Jira (but not limited to), focusing on KPI tracking, process optimization, and driving data-informed transformation initiatives.
Client: Top 5 Bank
Location: Downtown Toronto, Ontario, Canada
Hybrid model: 2 days a week
Contract Terms:: 3+ month rolling contract subject to extension
· First 1-3 months is Automated Reporting Assessment with Jira (road mapping)
· After 3 months is the building the automated reporting solution (execution phase - designing, developing, and maintaining)
About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Automation Reporting Consultant to join our QA Modernization team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining QA automated reporting solutions using Jira (but not limited to) to enhance data-driven decision-making processes. This role focuses on transformation work, measuring key performance indicators (KPIs), and optimizing internal processes.
