Job summary

Delta Controls Inc. is seeking an automation-first Software QA – Intermediate to ensure the reliability of enteliWEB, Delta IBT’s facility and energy management software.

This role emphasizes automated test systems, CI/CD integration, and scalable test strategies across UI, APIs, services, and data workflows. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teammates to define requirements, implement robust test automation, and continuously improve testing coverage in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA or software development experience.
• Experience building automated tests for web, SaaS, or cloud apps.
• Hands-on with test automation frameworks, API/integration testing, CI/CD.
• Design reliable, maintainable automation solutions.
• Knowledge of web testing, deployments, observability, and release pipelines.
• Experience validating data-intensive workflows (dashboards, logs, time-series).
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across systems.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks for UI, API, data workflows.
• Embed automated validation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop automation-first test strategies to reduce manual validation.
• Validate enteliWEB workflows including dashboards, alarms, reporting.
• Collaborate with developers, PMs, architects, and QA to define testable requirements.
• Build and improve test utilities, data, mocks, environments, simulators.
• Investigate failures and improve automation reliability.
• Promote engineering practices to improve testability and observability.
