Join our team as an Automation and Controls Manager

Are you ready to lead a dynamic team of engineers in creating cutting-edge packaging automation solutions? We’re looking for an Automation and Controls Manager to oversee a talented team of PLC programmers, electrical engineers, and software designers. You’ll be at the management level of designing, developing, and implementing automation control systems that shape the future of packaging equipment. Here’s some value you would bring to the team:

• Own the technical quality of automation designs – from schematics to PLC programs.
• Review and approve designs for our standard catalog.
• Lead the direction of the automation control team and help shape project development.
• Guide designers through their projects, ensuring all work meets high standards.
• Stay on top of project schedules using Wrike, making sure deadlines and goals are met.
• Collaborate across departments and with clients to deliver exactly what’s needed.
• Support the team with documentation, reports, and KPI tracking, ensuring continuous improvement.

• University degree in Engineering
• Experience leading automation engineering teams, with a knack for managing schedules and priorities.
• Deep knowledge of control systems, electrical designs, and software programming.
• Passion for building robust solutions and nurturing team talent.
• Strong communicator, both with your team and clients, to ensure projects are delivered on time and to spec.
