Job summary

Changepain is a multidisciplinary pain clinic in Burnaby, BC, seeking a Technology, Operations & Marketing co-op student to build automation solutions in a healthcare setting. You will collaborate with IT, Operations, and QA teams to reduce manual tasks, improve patient communication, and tackle workflow bottlenecks.

The role offers hands-on experience with AI, automation tools, and Power Automate, plus exposure to EMR integrations and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a BC post-secondary co-op program.
• Studying Information Technology, Business Technology, or related field.
• Comfortable with Windows environments and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine AI-powered email categorization systems using Power Automate and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Automate routing for bookings, cancellations, prescriptions, and inquiries.
• Create rules, filters, and smart routing for emails to the right teams.
