The role combines electrical engineering, software development, and hands-on hardware troubleshooting in a full-time onsite setting. You will design test stations, develop automation software in VB.NET and Python, and collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to improve product quality and throughput.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years designing, developing, or supporting automated test systems.
• Proficiency in VB.NET and Python.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot hardware.
• Experience with root cause analysis and test documentation.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy automated manufacturing test stations and fixtures.
• Develop and maintain automated test software applications using VB.NET and Python.
• Integrate hardware and software components to create reliable test solutions.
• Support test systems throughout product development, validation, and manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and investigate failures.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and specs.
• Identify opportunities to improve test system performance and reliability.
