The Opportunity

TVO is hiring a full-time permanent Automated Test Developer to design and implement automated tests that ensure the reliability and performance of our digital products. The role requires proficiency in a range of development languages and technologies.

How you will make an impact

• Set up and maintain test environments to support automated testing.
• Design develop and maintain automated test suites using JavaScript-based frameworks like Playwright or Cypress .
• Execute and analyze automated test results escalating issues to development teams as needed.
• Perform a range of automated testing types including smoke white box black box integration end-to-end regression and system testing
• Develop and maintain API tests (REST GraphQL) to validate complex data flows and integrations.
• Collaborate with QA and cross-functional teams to ensure test coverage aligns with business and technical requirements.
• Contribute to non-functional testing efforts including performance load and security.
• Work in cloud-based environments (AWS Azure) and integrate testing into CI / CD pipelines.
• Create and maintain test documentation and follow QA and SDLC best practices

What you will bring to TVO

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience.

3 years of experience in automated testing for web and mobile applications.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript for test scripting.

Hands-on experience with Playwright Cypress or similar tools.

Experience writing front-end and back-end automated tests leveraging the latest technologies including data analytics and machine learning .

Experience in API testing using tools like Postman or native scripting (REST GraphQL).

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure) and CI / CD tools (e.g. Jenkins).

Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript AJAX).

Experience with mobile test automation (Android / iOS) is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
