Job summary

Give & Go Prepared Foods Corp. in Brampton, Ontario, is seeking a Production Technician to support fast-paced, GMP‑driven manufacturing operations.

Under supervision of the Line Leader or Production Supervisor, you will help ensure equipment is operated safely and within process specifications to produce high‑quality baked goods. Key responsibilities include monitoring manufacturing areas for compliance, training staff per SOPs, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, and assisting

Qualifications

• Completion of college diploma in a related technical program.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a high‑volume manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular assessments of manufacturing areas to ensure GMP, SOP, quality and safety standards.
• Train employees to efficiently perform job functions per SOP and verify training completion.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and conduct time studies and changeover analyses.
• Develop manufacturing procedures, set machine controls, oversee production, and inspect processes.
• Provide immediate direction for quality issues including initial containment and escalation.
• Participate in investigations related to manufacturing processes and corrective actions.
• Make machine adjustments as needed and assist maintenance with minor troubleshooting.
• Perform SPC checks as per procedure.
• Assist with changeover/setup to meet standards.
