Tiltco Architectural in Bradford, Ontario is seeking a detail-oriented AutoCAD Drafter to produce precise technical and architectural drawings for custom windows, doors, and curtain wall systems.

You will interpret plans, generate shop drawings for manufacturing and installation, revise drawings from feedback, and maintain organized project documentation while collaborating with designers, engineers, and production teams.

Formación

• Precise Technical Drawing and Documentation for manufacturing and installation.
• Experience producing Shop Drawings that clearly communicate requirements to production and installation teams.
• Ability to interpret Architectural Drawings in a building envelope context.
• Strong AutoCAD skills; familiarity with Revit/SolidWorks is a plus.
• College diploma or degree in Architectural Technology, Drafting, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Knowledge of building codes, construction practices, and glazing/window/door systems is preferred.
• Attention to detail and strong spatial/technical visualization with accurate measurements and tolerances.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work on-site in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare detailed technical and architectural drawings for custom windows, doors, and curtain wall systems using AutoCAD and related design software.
• Produce accurate shop drawings for manufacturing and installation.
• Revise drawings based on feedback from engineering, project management, and production teams.
• Maintain organized drawing files and supporting documentation for projects.
• Assist with continuous improvement of drafting processes.
