Qualifications

• Ideally, two (2) years minimum as an Autobody Technician.

Responsibilities

• Repair and replace damaged body panels, frames, and structural components.
• Perform dent removal, panel straightening, and metal finishing.
• Prep, prime, and refinish surfaces to factory-quality standards.
• Match paint colors and apply finishes using spray equipment.
• Use frame straightening and measuring systems to restore vehicle alignment.
• Inspect completed repairs for quality and safety compliance.
• Work from repair estimates and communicate any additional damage found.
• Keep the shop, tools, and equipment clean and well-maintained.
• Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Review and analyze actions regularly to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively.
