Qualifications

• Journeyman Autobody Technician certification preferred; collision repair experience considered.
• Minimum two years in automotive collision repair; five+ years preferred.
• Ability to read manufacturer repair procedures and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess damage and determine repair procedures per manufacturer specs.
• Perform body repairs, panel replacement, and structural work.
• Repair and replace damaged components, measure structures, and ensure proper alignment.
• Follow repair procedures, collaborate with Estimators, Parts, and Service teams.
• Maintain repair documentation and ensure quality checks throughout.
