Job summary

Lift Auto Group in Innisfail, Alberta is seeking an Autobody Technician to restore vehicles and ensure customer satisfaction through quality repairs. This role offers flat rate pay with potential production bonus based on efficiency.

You will disassemble, follow OEM procedures, calibrate modules, and work with a team to meet deadlines while maintaining safety and high workmanship standards. Experience with masking, sanding, and painting prep is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive repair as an Autobody Technician.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to diagnose and fix vehicle issues accurately.
• Preparing vehicles and vehicle parts for painting.
• Masking and sanding of vehicles and parts prior to painting.
• Buffing, wet sanding and polishing of painted vehicles.
• Attend all daily and/or weekly production meetings.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Assist with disassembly and contribute to production flow.
• Follow OEM repair procedures and perform pre/post-scan calibration.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain fast-paced, safe work.
• Deliver high-quality repairs and ensure customer satisfaction.
