Job summary

Craftsman Collision is seeking a full-time Autobody Technician at our Walnut Grove location in BC. Earn from $30/hour to $35/hour with a performance bonus of $3/hour and a signing bonus up to $10,000 or relocation assistance within Canada.

• Red seal certification or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of autobody repair experience.
• Valid class 5 driver's license.
• Legally entitled to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Review damage report and estimates of repair cost and plan work to be performed.
• Clean and maintain work space.
• Replace front end components, body components, doors and frame and underbody components.
• File, grind and sand body surfaces to be repaired.
• Hammer out dents, buckles and defects using blocks and hammers.
• Remove damaged fenders, panels and grills and bolt or weld replacement parts into place.
• Repair or replace interior components.
• Inspect repaired vehicles and test drive vehicles for proper handling.
• Straighten bent frames using frame and underbody pulling and anchoring equipment.
