As the Autobody Shop Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations with a focus on safety, including proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials and adhering to workplace safety standards and regulatory compliance. Your responsibilities will include :

• Assist technicians by prepping vehicles for repair and paint
• Maintain a clean and organized shop environment, and ensure that tools, materials, and supplies are stocked and accessible
• Transport vehicles within the shop or to external locations as needed
• Detail vehicles once the repairs have been completed
• Help with administrative tasks such as tracking repair orders, managing parts inventory, and maintaining schedules
• Handle incoming parts by receiving, inspecting, organizing, and managing returns for defective or unused items
