Job Responsibilities:

  • Repair vehicles according to estimates and standards.
  • Assist other personnel in vehicle repair and prepping.
  • Review damage reports and repair estimates, and plan work accordingly.
  • Stay updated on technological and repair technique advancements.

Continuous Learning & Improvement:

We support our employees' ongoing learning through orientation, self-assessments, coaching, and demonstrations with managers.

The Ideal Requirements:

  • I-Car Training preferred.
  • Autobody Repairer License or Certificate.
  • Minimum 5 years of Autobody experience.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
  • Adherence to safety standards and procedures.
  • Resourceful with growth potential within the company.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, clean environment.
  • Valid Driver’s License (mandatory).
