Unitech Collision CSN is currently seeking a reliable and organized Autobody Parts Coordinator to join our growing team in Cornwall, Ontario.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in parts ordering and collision shop coordination, who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and using software systems like Body Shop Connect.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
  • Order all necessary parts (OEM, aftermarket, used) according to insurance guidelines and repair estimates
  • Coordinate parts delivery with repair timelines to ensure technicians have what they need, when they need it
  • Input and track part costs, arrival status, and other relevant details in Body Shop Connect
  • Communicate with vendors to confirm availability, backorders, returns, or delays
  • Perform quality checks on all received parts to ensure accuracy and condition
  • Work closely with technicians and estimators to update repair status and resolve any part-related issues
  • Return unused or incorrect parts in a timely manner and manage credits
  • Keep accurate records of all orders, returns, and costs
  • Maintain a clean and organized parts area
