Job summary

Lift Auto Group in Vernon, BC is hiring an Autobody Apprentice to learn under experienced technicians. This entry-level role pays CA$20.00–CA$22.00 per hour, with priority given to Registered Apprentices; compensation is based on experience.

You will work in a fast-paced shop, gain hands-on skills in collision repair, and follow strict safety standards while lifting up to 50 lbs and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Registered Apprentice in 2nd–4th year preferred.
• Experience in Autobody Collision Repair required.
• Valid Class 5 driver's license required.
• Able to follow safety guidelines and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced shop.

CSN Frank's is looking for a motivated Autobody Apprentice who is eager to learn in Vernon, BC. Priority is given to Registered Apprentices. Compensation is experience-based. You will work alongside and be mentored by experienced, industry-leading technicians.

• Preferably a Registered Apprentice in their second, third or fourth year.
• Previous experience in Autobody Collision Repair required.
• Valid Class 5 Drivers license required.
• A team-oriented attitude with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment.
• A demonstrated positive, work ethic and take pride in delivering a quality repaired vehicle.
• The ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
• A goal-oriented mindset, enabling the collaboration with other automotive technicians and shop employees to ensure a high degree of cleanliness and order in the repair area(s).
• Your safety is very important to us. As a candidate, you must show a desire to ensure the highest set of safety standards are met in accordance with our corporate guidelines.
• You are required to follow complex instructions with minimal supervision and be able to tolerate the physical demands of the job including lifting up to 50 lbs.
