Valvoline Quick Lube Corp is hiring a Technician (Full Time) for its Oshawa location. No prior automotive experience is required as paid on-the-job training is provided.

The role involves performing preventative maintenance, including oil changes and fluid checks, while delivering excellent customer service. The position offers a flexible schedule with no late evenings or holidays, PTO and holiday pay, tuition and certification assistance, and comprehensive medical, dental, vision, RRSP

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and be customer-focused.
• Able to stand up to 8 hours, climb stairs and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Mobility to crouch, bend, twist and work with hands overhead.
• Comfortable in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Must read, write and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier customer service while performing preventative maintenance on vehicles.
• Learn to change oil, check/refill fluids, rotate tires, test and replace batteries, inspect lights and wipers, and complete an 18-point safety check.
• Work as part of a team to deliver fast, easy, trusted services to guests.
