Qualifications

• 5+ years of automotive dealership sales experience.
• 2+ years of sales management experience.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• 2+ years of F&I experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract.

Responsibilities

• Work in conjunction with the General Sales Manager.
• Manage daily sales‑floor activity.
• Desk and approve all new vehicle deals.
• Distribute, monitor, and manage all sales leads.
• Coach, train, and develop Sales and F&I team members.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure a consistently high‑quality customer experience.
• Support inventory management and trade appraisals.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with various teams.
