No prior experience necessary to join our team. We offer complete training and the opportunity to obtain your Level 1 general insurance license within 30 days of employment.

As an Auto Retention Specialist in our growing call center, you will provide exceptional customer service to our existing clients. You will advise clients on how to best protect their assets through auto insurance, identify coverage gaps, and offer solutions proactively using a variety of insurance products. You will develop new business through cross-selling and referrals to Personal & Commercial Lines. Clear targets and ongoing support will be provided, along with continuous learning opportunities to maintain licensing and achieve your career goals.

  • Willingness to obtain Level 1 general insurance license

Salary Expectations

The compensation structure includes a base salary plus commissions, with total earnings depending on your book of business. The expected base salary ranges from $38,400.00 to $42,000.00, with additional commissions based on sales performance. Total compensation varies based on skills, experience, location, and specific business line.
