We are seeking a dedicated Coordinator to join our Asset Recovery and Remarketing team at LendCare. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and enhancing relationships with our vendors while ensuring that the company's best interests are always at the forefront. Your quick and decisive actions on inventory matters will contribute to the effective and efficient turnover of company assets. Working in concert with fellow team members, yet capable of making autonomous decisions, you will thrive in our dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct daily reviews of active inventory to ensure optimal turnover and profitability.
  2. Review and approve condition reports for vehicles to ensure readiness for liquidation.
  3. Data entry and basic report management on Excel.
  4. Validate and confirm required documentation is on file.
  5. Collaborate with senior team members to liaise with vendors and partners.
  6. Adhere to established procedures, contributing to workflow refinement for peak efficiency.
  7. Support broader departmental objectives through additional administrative duties.
Requirements:
  1. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, for managing data with precision.
  2. Organized and attentive, with the ability to spot fine details and maintain order.
  3. Capable of managing and prioritizing competing tasks to meet critical deadlines.
  4. Professional experience within the automotive industry and knowledge of vehicle Condition Reports are ideal.
  5. Solid understanding of the remarketing process from start to finish is a plus.
  6. Full-time availability with the ability to work in-person at our head office in Pickering, ON.
Additional Requirements for Internal Candidates:
  1. Must have been in your current role for at least 6 months.
  2. Support and endorsement from your current manager.
  3. In good standing — no HR issues, warnings, or PIP.
