Navacord in Sidney, BC is seeking an Advisor, Auto Insurance to join our in-office team. You will service clients at our Sidney branch, process renewals, endorsements, and ICBC-related tasks while offering tailored insurance solutions and building trust with customers.

The role emphasizes strong client engagement, meeting sales targets, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM. Level 1 license preferred; training provided; salary range CAD 43,000–50,000 with commissions.

Qualifications

• Level 1 license preferred or willingness to train, study, and take the necessary exams to obtain a Level 1 General Insurance license.
• Experience in the BC insurance industry is an asset.
• Refined interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients and foster trust.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous sales experience is highly valued and contributes to meeting goals.

Responsibilities

• Process renewals, endorsements, and cancellations for ICBC and in-house auto insurance with attention to detail.
• Assess terms, conditions, coverages, limits, and exclusions to tailor client solutions.
• Use in-house CRM systems to maintain accurate client information and policy details.
• Oversee distribution of plates, permits, and receipts with precise record-keeping.
• Maintain knowledge of ICBC products and private auto insurance manuals and best practices.
• Interact with clients in-person or by phone to build trust and understand needs.
