Job summary

Hansen's Releasing Company "HRC" is hiring two Full-Time Lot Attendants / Auto Handlers at our Scarborough, Ontario facility. The role involves safely handling new and used automobiles within automotive shipping operations, including railcar loading/unloading, vehicle inspection, and securement.

Competitive hourly pay and benefits follow probation, with opportunities for advancement. The position requires climbing, lifting, working outdoors, and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school education required.
• Minimum of 2 years driving experience.
• Read, write and speak English.
• Valid Ontario driver's license (full).
• Clean driving record (Abstract) and clear criminal record check.

Responsibilities

• Operate railcar loading/unloading processes safely and efficiently.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and documentation.
• Move and secure vehicles on multi-level railcars using ramps and bridge plates.
• Work in a dynamic outdoor environment with heights and heavy equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements at all times.
