Dilawri Group of Companies is seeking a Receptionist for the 401 Dixie Volkswagen dealership. The role involves managing front desk communications, greeting customers, and handling licensing and general administrative duties.

Ideal candidates bring 2 years of reception experience, strong phone etiquette, and excellent communication skills. Availability Monday to Friday with Saturdays as needed is preferred. Competitive pay and supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of reception experience or equivalent.
• Demonstrated excellent telephone demeanor and ability to record messages accurately.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Organizational ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team environment to achieve common goals.

Responsibilities

• Telephone communications and reception.
• Welcome customers visiting the Dealership showroom and inquire as to the purpose of their visit.
• Vehicle licensing and administration.
• Participate in dealer trade; prepare information for pick-up and collect receipts/payments.
• Participate in administrative tasks.
