What you'll do:
  1. Review and evaluate electronic repair estimates in line with our Company and Departmental standards and guidelines.
  2. Control the method and cost of repairs to motor vehicles by using established industry regulatory practices and corporate guidelines.
  3. Complete total loss evaluations through market and Autosource search.
  4. Complete remote appraisal(s).
  5. Be a team player and a thought leader in problem-solving, leading by example, and ensuring the end customer experience is a key objective.
What you'll bring:
  1. Auto estimating experience (3-5 years minimum); multi-provincial experience is an asset.
  2. Strong experience and knowledge with motor vehicle repairs and prior estimating experience.
  3. Familiarity with industry standard estimating system(s).
  4. Good technical aptitude with databases/systems.
  5. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  6. Genuine curiosity and an inquisitive mindset, constantly looking to make things better for customers and colleagues.
  7. Ability to work positively and contribute to our organizational culture and values.
