Role Overview:

Under general supervision, the Claim Advisor provides exceptional customer service to clients with vehicle repair needs. Responsibilities include investigating vehicle damage, preparing repair estimates, and estimating repair times for rentals or loss of use.

Role Details:

Designated Location: Home Based

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Mountain Time)

Accountabilities:
  • Review insurance policies and coverages
  • Investigate automobile claims to determine coverage and liability
  • Settle claims in accordance with company policies
  • Collaborate with customers, service providers, other insurers, and law enforcement
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of handling automobile claims (asset)
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • Understanding of policy interpretation
  • Commitment to excellent customer service
  • Proficient in keyboarding and computer skills
