Job summary

Assured Automotive is seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our team in Ontario. With 3+ years of body repair experience, you will repair panels, disassemble/reassemble vehicles, and work with frame equipment to ensure high quality workmanship.

The role requires MIG/TIG welding skills, a valid driver's license, and a commitment to safety and continuous learning. We offer comprehensive benefits and career growth within a professional team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Auto Body Technician experience.
• Welding experience (MIG, TIG welding).
• Red Seal or 310B preferred.
• I-Car Registration (working towards Gold Class) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Repair damage to vehicle body panels.
• Vehicle disassembly and reassembly.
• Repair or replace interior and exterior parts, electrical components, and vehicle accessories.
• Remove and install welded and sectioned parts to a vehicle.
• Assess and repair structural components of a vehicle.
• Use of frame equipment.
• Apply new knowledge and skills to ensure a high level of quality and productivity, which directly contributes to KPI's (Sales/ CP/ EBITA/ BHPD/ NPS).
• Take responsibility for outcomes and continuously seek learning opportunities to improve performance.

Minimum Education and/or Experience Required for the Job

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Completion of Post-Secondary Education in an Auto Body Repair Program

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Minimum 3 years of Auto Body Technician experience
• Welding experience (MIG, TIG welding)

Preferred Education and/or Experience

• Red Seal or 310B is preferred
• I-Car Registered (working towards Gold Class certification)

Other Requirements Travel, physical requirements, etc.

• You are able to lift up to 50 Lbs
• You have your own toolbox
• Valid driver's license required

Compensation Details

Compensation

$90,000 - $140,000 per year

Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.
