Tasks

1. Inspect repaired vehicles
2. Plan repair work to be performed
3. Maintain professionalism in customer service
4. Clean and maintain work space
5. Replace front end components, body components, doors, frame, and underbody components
6. File, grind, and sand body surfaces to be repaired
7. Mask and tape auto body surfaces in preparation for painting
8. Hammer out dents, buckles, and defects using blocks and hammers
9. Remove damaged fenders, panels, and grills; bolt or weld replacement parts into place
10. Apply primers and repaint surfaces
11. Repair or replace interior components
12. Repair or replace damaged windows, windshields, and sunroofs
13. Mix paint, blend, and match colors
14. Operate soldering equipment or use plastic filler to fill holes, dents, and seams
15. Straighten bent frames using frame and underbody pulling and anchoring equipment
