Work closely with the production manager and repair planner to support efficient workflow
Accurately identify, order, receive, and distribute parts needed for repairs
Return and re-order damaged or incorrect parts as required
Track and follow up on incomplete orders (backorders, outstanding items, and credits)
Maintain organized parts inventory and
Create purchase orders and accurately process invoices per company policy
Answer and direct internal calls and vendor inquiries
Assist with vehicle the detailing process when needed
Keep the parts area and body shop clean, safe, and well-organized
Follow all company safety standards and procedures
Support additional duties as assigned by management
Able to read and understand vehicle repair instructions and estimates
Experience with vendor catalogs and parts management systems
Previous automotive or collision center experience preferred (1–2 years ideal)
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of Partsbride, Collision Link and ProgiParts would be an asset
