Job summary

Assured Automotive in Canada is seeking a professional Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while preparing estimates and coordinating repair needs. This role documents required repairs and parts in the damage appraisal and communicates with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process.

You will operate in Audatex and Mitchell estimating systems, update ASE details after each interaction, and work with the team to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with DRP processes.
• Experience with estimating software like Audatex or Mitchell preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities essential.

Responsibilities

• Create repair estimates and coordinate repair needs for customers.

The Estimator accurately assesses the damage of vehicles and documents needed repairs and parts replacement on the damage appraisal.
