The Reach Out Centre for Kids is seeking an Autism Therapist to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and youth. This role involves designing behavior programs, collaborating with families, and delivering individualized interventions under the supervision of a Registered Behavior Analyst. The position offers a hybrid work model and a supportive environment for professional growth.

In this role, you will design and implement behavior programs aimed at enhancing the client's quality of life. You will work under the supervision of the Manager of Autism and Behaviour Services as well as the Clinical Supervisor (Registered Behavior Analyst), ensuring that services are delivered in accordance with the principles and science of ABA.
As an Autism Therapist, you will collaborate with the team, other disciplines, and families using various settings such as virtual platforms, in-center, classroom, home, or community. Responsibilities include data collection, documentation, preliminary data analysis, training others using the BST model, and working collaboratively with Peer Support Providers.

As an Autism Therapist, you will support children and youth with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and Dual Diagnosis using ABA and neuro-affirming care practices. You will focus on communication, social skills, daily living skills, behavior management, play, leisure, and vocational skills. You will deliver individualized and group interventions under the supervision of a Registered Behavior Analyst (R.B.A. Ont), and may collaborate with other service providers as needed. Flexibility in work schedule is required to meet client and family needs.
You will prioritize client safety by following policies, reporting incidents, and supporting client-centered care in line with ROCK's principles. This is an hourly casual contract position ending on March 31, 2026.
