What You'll Do

Primary Responsibilities :

• Preparation of financial statements and tax returns in accordance with firm and professional standards for clients in a variety of businesses and non-profit enterprises
• Auditing financial statements of business clients as a Senior Auditor and being the lead on mandates
• Providing accounting and tax compliance services to private clients for compilation and review engagements
• Communicating effectively with our clients, government agencies and with our partners and staff
• Providing advice and training to other staff members
• Identifying issues and opportunities
• Assisting with special mandates such as valuation estimates, business investigations, accounting for corporate reorganizations, etcetera
• Other related duties

What You Need To Succeed

• 3 years of relevant experience in public accounting, including audit
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, leadership and client relations skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications, Adobe
• Experience with CaseWare, Tax Prep is an asset
