Job Description:

As an Audit Manager II – Global IT Infrastructure, you will oversee complex audits and ensure their completion across multiple business groups. You will manage relationships with business lines in accordance with regulatory requirements. You are experienced in delivering audit analysis, reporting, and operational support, with a strong understanding of the financial industry landscape and current market trends.

  • Act as a specialized resource on audits, providing expertise in planning, risk assessment, and execution of complex audits.
  • Develop and implement programs aligned with the strategic direction of the audit.
  • Plan and lead audit activities, coordinate across multiple areas, and follow up on findings from internal audits and regulatory reviews.
  • Manage communication and reporting with clients, senior management, and external auditors.
  • Guide teams in identifying, designing, testing, and implementing complex audit initiatives.
  • Identify and resolve key issues, providing guidance and reporting non-standard issues to relevant stakeholders.
  • Stay current on emerging trends and regulatory requirements; recommend improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Foster a positive, diverse, and open work environment, sharing knowledge and encouraging results.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in risk assessment for areas such as IT Applications, Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, Operating Systems, Databases, Networking, and Middleware.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7 years of IT audit/risk management experience in financial services, with relevant education or certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CPA, etc.).
  • Advanced understanding of business processes, risk, change, project methodologies, and organizational practices.
  • Proficiency with software tools, data analysis, and reporting techniques.
  • Strong project management skills, familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Leadership ability to negotiate and influence partners and team members.
  • Discretion in handling confidential information and sound judgment in decision-making.
  • Experience in auditing IT General Controls, Application Controls, Cloud, Cyber Security, and related areas.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies like Cloud, Blockchain, APIs, Big Data is advantageous.
  • Ability to translate technology risks into business language.
