Job summary

RSM is seeking a staff auditor to understand client needs and industry factors relevant to accounting and financial reporting. You will learn the RSM audit approach and perform tests to identify issues, while drafting financial statements as part of client engagements.

The role requires travel to client locations up to 25%, a B.A./B.S. in accounting, and strong communication skills to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum B.A / B.S. degree or equivalent from an accredited university by the time employment commences.
• Accounting major.
• Travel to assigned client locations is required. Must have access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred.

The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $57,200 - $68,250
