Job description

Position: Audiologist & Partner

Location: Sudbury, ON

Duration: Full-time

Salary: DOE

Description

As a Partner Audiologist, you will be entitled to the phantom share program, giving you equity in the clinic and a share in its success.

Desired Qualifications
  • Must be a fully licensed Audiologist (CASLPO) and authorized to practice in Ontario.
  • Preferably, at least one year of experience (though not mandatory).
  • Familiarity with Blueprint Solutions and Otosuite is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with an eagerness to handle business-related tasks.
  • A strategic thinker with a keen interest in expanding business opportunities in the hearing healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct audiological assessments, hearing aid evaluations, fittings, and repairs.
  • Provide client-centred care, counselling, and personalised hearing solutions.
  • Perform cerumen management and hearing health screenings.
Business & Leadership Role
  • Participate in decision-making processes on pricing, hiring, and clinic operations.
  • Help establish long-term strategies for business growth.
  • Stay updated on hearing aid technology advancements and industry trends.
  • Mentor and guide team members to enhance skills and client care.
Client & Team Engagement
  • Maintain a professional, friendly, and compassionate approach with clients and colleagues.
  • Work collaboratively with the leadership team to optimise business operations.
