Our client is seeking a licensed Audiologist/HIS to join as a partner. This role offers a unique opportunity to practice audiology and assume a leadership position in shaping the clinic's future.

As a Partner Audiologist/HIS, you will participate in the share program, gaining equity and a stake in the clinic's success.

Key Responsibilities:

Comprehensive Audiology Services:

  • Conduct audiological assessments, hearing aid evaluations, fittings, and repairs.
  • Provide client-centered care, counselling, and personalized hearing solutions.
  • Perform cerumen management and hearing health screenings.

Business & Leadership Role:

  • Participate in decision-making processes regarding pricing, hiring, and clinic operations.
  • Assist in establishing long-term strategies for business growth.
  • Stay informed on hearing aid technology advancements and industry trends.
  • Mentor and guide team members to improve skills and client care.

Client & Team Engagement:

  • Maintain a professional, friendly, and compassionate approach with clients and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to optimize business operations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fully licensed Audiologist (CASLPO) / HIS eligible to practice in Ontario.
  • 1+ years of experience for Audiologists; 3+ years for HIS.
  • Experience with Blueprint Solutions and Otosuite is an asset.
  • Strong communication & leadership skills with a desire to assume business responsibilities.
  • Strategic mindset & interest in business growth within the hearing healthcare industry.
