Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Audiology Services:
- Conduct audiological assessments, hearing aid evaluations, fittings, and repairs.
- Provide client-centred care, counselling, and personalised hearing solutions.
- Perform cerumen management and hearing health screenings.
- Business & Leadership Role:
- Participate in decision-making processes on pricing, hiring, and clinic operations.
- Help establish long-term strategies for business growth.
- Stay updated on hearing aid technology advancements and industry trends.
- Mentor and guide team members to enhance skills and client care.
- Client & Team Engagement:
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and compassionate approach with clients and colleagues.
- Work collaboratively with the leadership team to optimise business operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fully licensed Audiologist (CASLPO) and eligible to practice in Ontario.
- 1+ years of experience preferred (but not a deal-breaker).
- Experience with Blueprint Solutions and Otosuite is an asset.
- Strong communication & leadership skills with a desire to take on business responsibilities.
- Strategic mindset & interest in business growth within the hearing healthcare industry.
