Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Comprehensive Audiology Services:
    • Conduct audiological assessments, hearing aid evaluations, fittings, and repairs.
    • Provide client-centred care, counselling, and personalised hearing solutions.
    • Perform cerumen management and hearing health screenings.
  2. Business & Leadership Role:
    • Participate in decision-making processes on pricing, hiring, and clinic operations.
    • Help establish long-term strategies for business growth.
    • Stay updated on hearing aid technology advancements and industry trends.
    • Mentor and guide team members to enhance skills and client care.
  3. Client & Team Engagement:
    • Maintain a professional, friendly, and compassionate approach with clients and colleagues.
    • Work collaboratively with the leadership team to optimise business operations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fully licensed Audiologist (CASLPO) and eligible to practice in Ontario.
  • 1+ years of experience preferred (but not a deal-breaker).
  • Experience with Blueprint Solutions and Otosuite is an asset.
  • Strong communication & leadership skills with a desire to take on business responsibilities.
  • Strategic mindset & interest in business growth within the hearing healthcare industry.
