This role is crucial in coordinating and executing AV projects, maintaining workflow efficiency, and ensuring production schedules are met.

About the Role

This position involves supporting the coordination and execution of AV projects, ensuring workflow efficiency, and meeting production deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Operations and Project Management teams by completing assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and workflow processes.
  • Utilize Peak Technologies’ online tools for asset and event management.
  • Maintain organized and current project files.
  • Manage communications across departments, partners, and vendors.
  • Coordinate logistics, including vendor bookings, crew scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Act as the main liaison for production crew, staff, and vendors.
  • Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets.
  • Assist with digital content organization and production preparation.
  • Apply project management best practices.
  • Track and report on project milestones and deliverables.
  • Ensure OSHA and safety standards are followed.
  • Participate in client meetings and help define project scope and requirements.
  • Address evolving client needs throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Research specialty materials or vendors as needed.
  • Review and support fabrication drawings.
  • Be available for domestic and international travel as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years in operations or project coordination within event production or related fields.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management platforms.
  • Understanding technical drawings is a plus.
  • First Aid certification is a bonus.
