  • Oversee the design, development, and operation of various indoor and outdoor attractions, ensuring they align with the luxury brand of the destination.

  • Collaborate with design teams to implement attractions such as hiking trails, zip lines, stables, mountain coaster tracks, skyline luge, and adventure parks.

  • Lead and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (engineers, designers, environmental consultants) to ensure all attractions meet safety, environmental, and design standards.

  • Ensure the visitor experience is engaging, immersive, and meets the highest standards of luxury.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Engage with key stakeholders, including the client, lead consultants, contractors, and local authorities, to ensure alignment on attraction development.

  • Advise and oversee design ensuring local authorities permits can be achieved, particularly for environmentally sensitive areas and wildlife conservation zones.

  • Act as the subject matter expert for attractions, providing guidance to the PMC and client during planning, design, and execution phases.

Project Execution and Coordination:

  • Coordinate with various departments (engineering, construction, and operations) to ensure timely delivery of attractions from concept design through to completion.

  • Lead the design review process and provide expert input during the design of key attractions such as wellness centers, meditation zones, VR experience centers, and mountain swings.

  • Manage contractors responsible for specific attractions, ensuring compliance with design and operational guidelines.

Operational Planning:

  • Plan and implement strategies for the smooth operation of all attractions, including visitor flow management, attraction safety protocols, and high-end service delivery.

  • Develop operational manuals, guest service protocols, and safety procedures for each attraction.

  • Ensure attractions are designed with future operational needs in mind, facilitating ease of maintenance and guest services.

  • Ensure all attractions are developed and operated following the highest health, safety, and environmental standards.

  • Integrate sustainable practices into the design and operation of attractions, particularly for natural attractions like hiking trails, zip lines, and mountain experiences.

Financial Management:

  • Monitor the financial aspects of attraction development, including budgeting, cost tracking, and contract management.
