Saputo Dairy Products Canada G.P. is seeking an Attendant, Warehouse II, to pick, pack, stage products, and load/unload trucks under the supervision of the Warehouse Manager. There are two permanent, full-time positions available with afternoon and midnight shifts.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year of forklift experience.
• Food/dairy/manufacturing experience an asset.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to multi-task.
• Team player, but can also work independently.
• Ability to work on foot for extended periods of time.

Aufgaben

• Perform warehouse functions such as loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving and forklift operation.
• Assist in reviewing pick sheets based on production schedules and pull the right products for each order.
• Work closely with the inventory group to monitor daily supply levels.
• Load and unload delivery trucks and ensure deliveries match purchase orders.
• Collaborate with inventory control to identify missing products in deliveries.
• Ensure warehouse is safe and accessible for all personnel and material handling.
• Complete work in a safe manner at all times, adhering to safety policies.

Overview Of The Role

Saputo Dairy Products Canada G.P. is seeking an Attendant, Warehouse II, for existing opportunities within our organization. Under the responsibility of the Warehouse Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for accurately picking and packaging, staging products and loading and unloading of trucks.

Status: Permanent, Full-time

Positions Available: 2

Schedule

• Position 1: Afternoons (Tuesday - Saturday; 3:00pm to 11:00pm)
• Position 2: Midnights (Monday - Friday; 11:00pm to 7:00am)

Wage: $26.15/hour

There are 2 wage increases in the first year of employment, with a target rate of $27.55/hour.

How you will make contributions that matter:

• Perform warehouse function such as loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving and forklift operation
• Assist in reviewing pick sheets based on production schedules and then pulling the right products for each order
• Work closely with the inventory group to monitor daily supply levels
• Load and unload delivery trucks and make sure that each incoming delivery matches the company purchase order
• Collaborate with the inventory control to determine when product is missing in a delivery
• Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe for employee and material handling traffic
• Complete work in a safe manner at all times, while adhering to all safety policies and procedure

You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications:

• 1 year of forklift experience
• Food/dairy/manufacturing experience an asset
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and good communication skills
• Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to multi-task
• Team player, but can also work independently
• Ability to work on foot for extended periods of time
