Responsibilities include providing second-line maintenance for ATM banking products, focusing on hardware and software problem diagnosis.

Location: Riverside/Ontario/Inland Empire, CA Areas

Pay: $23 - $30 per hour DOE and Certifications

What You’ll Do:

1. Perform basic installation and minor maintenance on ATM products from multiple manufacturers.
2. Prioritize and plan service calls; contact customers with estimated arrival times.
3. Escalate issues when appropriate and reassign calls as needed.
4. Accurately report service data and interact professionally with customers and co-workers.
5. Support preventative maintenance inspections on conventional products.
6. Maintain effective communication with the Business Management Team and Service Technician Team.
7. Provide maintenance on ATM banking products, including problem diagnosis, component repairs, application reloads, preventative maintenance, documentation, and spare parts planning.
8. Develop knowledge of operational standards, practices, and procedures.
9. Complete equipment cleaning as specified in service agreements.
10. Handle cash during maintenance incidents as required.

What You Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2-5 years of related experience or training, or equivalent education and experience.
• NCR Certification is a plus.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Willingness to train on security equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to occasionally sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift/move up to 100 pounds.
