Responsibilities

• Assessing the strengths and weaknesses of athletes or teams.
• Planning, creating, and executing training and practice sessions.
• Cultivating and enhancing athletes’ potential skills and abilities.
• Developing, organizing, and managing competitive schedules and programs.
• Inspiring and preparing squash athletes and/or teams for competitive events or games.
• Devising competitive strategies, crafting game plans, making adjustments, and guiding athletes and players during games or athletic events.
• Analyzing and evaluating the performances of athletes or teams, and adjusting training programs accordingly
• Scouting, identifying and recruiting emerging athletes for professional sports teams.
• Observing and assessing the skills and performance of potential athletes, including a review of their past records.
• Compiling reports on athletes’ evaluations and recommendations, which are then submitted to professional teams and sponsors.
