Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Assurance Seniors and Managers, located in the Greater Winnipeg Metropolitan Area. The Assurance Seniors and Managers will be responsible for leading audit engagements, managing client relationships, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing insightful audit services. They will also supervise and mentor junior staff, review financial statements, and participate in business development activities to expand service offerings to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of audit and assurance standards, and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in financial statement preparation and review under PSAS, ASPE, ASNPO is a must have aling with strong Caseware skill sets.
• Experience in leading audit engagements and managing client relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Leadership and team management skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Winnipeg Metropolitan Area
• Experience in various industries and sectors is a plus
• Strong sense or urgency and problem solving mixed with a winning mindset are keys to success within this role
