The role emphasizes staying current with industry trends, leveraging technology, and providing strategic insights to clients. The ideal candidate holds a CPA/CA designation with 5–7 years in an accounting firm, and French language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or related field.
• Post-graduate diploma or degree in Accounting preferred.
• Canadian CPA/CA designation mandatory.
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in an accounting firm.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
• French language skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality assurance services to clients and their stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain productive client relationships throughout the year.
• Participate in audit procedures, focusing on complex issues.
• Plan engagement objectives and an audit strategy that complies with standards.
