Walmart in Laval, QC is seeking a customer service focused associate to greet customers and process transactions at the register. You will assist with bagging, promote sponsor programs, and support customers with self-checkout usage.

The role emphasizes safe work practices, cash integrity, and referral of complex transactions to leadership. Minimum age is 16 or older, with wage starting at $18.75 per hour.

• Promotes company sponsor programs, ie. Credit card service, product protection and charity initiatives.
• Assists customers with bagging and loading of merchandise.
• Ensures safe work practices are followed including proper lifting and keeping a clean work area.
• Maintains register security and integrity through diligent cash handling, adherence to relevant company policies and awareness of surroundings.
• Refers appropriate service and transactional items to a Customer Service Manager or Front End Team Lead.
• Educating and supporting customers on the correct and efficient use of self-checkout options.
