Staples is seeking a customer-focused associate to deliver exceptional service and drive sales across furniture, technology, and supplies in our Bas-Saint-Laurent store. You will engage customers with tailored product recommendations, process transactions, and help maintain store standards and cleanliness.

Ideal candidates have 3 months to 1 year in retail, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset.

Competenze

• 3 months to 1 year of prior retail experience (preferred).

Specifically, you will

• Engage with and sell to all our customers by offering tailored products and services using all tools and techniques available in our selling model to anticipate and meet future customer needs.
• Handle transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including shipping transactions and marketing tools to convert customers.
• Calmly de-escalate and assist in complex customer situations to ensure their concerns are addressed effectively or refer to a manager/supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment by performing tasks like dusting, front-facing products, and ensuring demo units are clean and functional.
