Job description

Position Summary: To provide customer service by completing assigned tasks related to receiving and the flow of merchandise through to the sales floor. This involves unloading trailers, pulling pallets to the floor, and assisting in processing merchandise in a safe and clean environment. The Associate will work as part of a team to plan and execute duties based on workload and operational needs.

What you'll do:

1. Prepare the sales floor for store opening.
2. Set up, merchandise, and sign features.
3. Complete live unloading of various merchandise types.
4. Focus on labeling and placing merchandise in backroom bins/stocking, differentiating this role from day/evening fulfillment.
5. Pull pallets of merchandise to and from the sales floor for overnight processing.
6. Assist in stocking the sales floor as assigned and provide customer service if needed.
7. Label the sales floor for store opening.
8. Contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures, including safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.

Minimum Qualifications:

Age – 16 or older.
