The associate in sales is responsible for generating sales by providing an exceptional shopping experience. This includes offering friendly, efficient service, maintaining store cleanliness, and presenting a well-organized environment. We look for passionate, resilient individuals eager to learn and grow with us.

Our sales associates are expected to :

• Deliver outstanding customer service from greeting to checkout
• Assist customers in selecting suitable shoes and apparel
• Share knowledge and passion for our products
• Restock, organize, and clean the store
• Work on the sales floor or in the back store as needed

Minimum requirements include :

At least 16 years old

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (varies by store)

Comfort with technology (computers, mobile devices)

Strong communication skills

Ability to perform essential job functions

Preferred qualifications :

Experience in customer service or retail sales (not required but a plus)
