Position Requirements:

A Sales Associate is responsible for providing first-class service to customers. The role includes performing replenishment and cleaning tasks in the store, ensuring a positive shopping experience in a well-maintained, friendly, and dynamic environment at Montreal Airport.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service, prioritize customer needs, and recommend products and promotions
• Create and maintain good working relationships with fellow associates
• Maintain store appearance
• Efficiently and accurately conduct customer transactions on our POS following company procedures

Qualifications:

• Ability to work various shifts in a team-oriented environment operating 7 days a week
• Availability for early mornings (starting at 4 am) or late evenings (until 11 pm), including weekends
• Excellent customer service skills with effective communication in English and French
