What you will do:

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting. Provide assistance regarding our product styles, features, and benefits.
• Confidently and proactively resolve customer inquiries. Assist a number of customers in a busy retail environment.
• Address customer needs using omnichannel as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Process and complete point-of-sale transactions.
• Restock the sales floor and assist with shipping as needed.
• Structure ongoing promotional events and brand loyalty programs for customers.
• Minimize store losses by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe and clean store.

You can:

• Lift 40 lbs (18.1 kg) as needed, with many opportunities to bend, lower, stretch, push, and pull.
